Ecological water-based hydrooleo-repellent protector with natural effect. Prevents the deep penetration of organic substances (fats, oils, drinks, etc.) facilitating their elimination.
It prevents the appearance of verdigris and resists UV rays, thus maintaining its performance over time.
It does not create a film and does not alter the appearance of the material.
Protects and simplifies cleaning
Also ideal for grouts, cracked ceramics, marble-resin terrazzo and artificial stone.
Anti-graffiti properties: protects the surface and facilitates the removal of sprayed graffiti (acrylics, alkyds, nitrosynthetics).
Hydro and oil repellent: prevents the penetration of aqueous and oily substances.

Does not dilute: ready to use.
Application: shake before use.
On materials with a matte finish (natural stone, clay, terrazzo, hydraulic mosaic): On a clean and dry surface, apply MP90 ECO XTREME evenly with a brush or felt-tip pen, including the joints. Before drying, remove any excess product by dabbing it with a clean cloth. On materials with high absorption, apply two coats at a distance of approximately 20 minutes. On polished porcelain stoneware, polished natural stone and terrazzo: On a clean and dry surface, apply MP90 ECO XTREME, completely impregnating the material and the joints with a brush or non-woven fabric. Before the product dries (approximately 10-15 min.), massage with a microfiber cloth soaked in the same product to promote penetration. Then dry with a clean cloth. The use of rotating machines is possible to speed up the process. Complete the cycle with the finish.
ATTENTION ! Test the product on a small part of the surface beforehand to verify that no color change occurs. Do not apply if rain is expected. Does not protect against acid attacks.
