The SLAB CUTTER G3 manual cutting system allows you to make valuable cuts in large format porcelain plates.
Its G3 guides are made of aluminum, which reduces the weight of the entire tool. Its exclusive design prevents the carriage from unintentionally sliding out of the G3 guides and improves the fixing system between the guides thanks to its coupling system. Each SLAB CUTTER G3 includes 3 G3 slides that allow you to cut parts up to 320 cm. This capacity can be increased by 110 cm for each incorporated G3 guide.
Each G3 guide includes two suction cups. These suction cups feature an "anti-marking" rubber base that allows you to work on light-colored materials without risking staining them. The G3 guidance system is compatible only and exclusively with products such as G3.
The cart is very light because it is made of aluminum and has a higher marking power. Its movement along the G3 guides is very smooth and precise, thanks to its three horizontal bearings. The "sort-grip" handle provides power and comfort to the user.
The carriage is equipped with a Ø22 mm EXTREME roller, suitable for working on materials with superficial, rough and structured finishes, without of course abandoning smooth or polished materials.
It also includes a SLAB clamp capable of separating materials up to 10mm thick. The SLAB clamp has a dual function: a clamp for materials up to 6mm thick and a screw clamp for materials up to 10mm thick. The design, and dual function, of the SLAB forceps allows separation to be carried out with minimal effort on the part of the user.
To complete the equipment and facilitate transport and storage, the SLAB CUTTER G3 includes a practical textile bag, reinforced and equipped with compartments to store and secure all the components of the SLAB CUTTER G3.
