The HIT-1200 PLUS are ideal for professional cutting of all types of ceramic tiles (tiles, glazed stoneware and porcelain stoneware). Equipped with a high-performance mobile separator, the HIT-N can apply a maximum power of 800 kg at the time of material separation.
In addition, the separator assembly incorporates the revolutionary RUBI MAGNET system, which allows locking and unlocking of the treadmill, to be scratched and separated, with one hand. Offering greater speed of work and greater comfort when handling large format tiles. All of the HIT-N slides incorporate linear bearings which provide greater smoothness and comfort when scratching.
The double guide system, solid, chrome-plated and ground steel with Ø 20 mm diameter, not only provides greater resistance to bending, but also improves visibility of the scratching and cutting area. The aluminum extrusion base with closed structure provides an increase in the structural RIGIDITY of the cutter itself, while facilitating greater cutting capacity.
The HIT-N hand cutters have additional arms, made of aluminum, which increase the support surface when working with large format tiles and a side stop which facilitates measuring and making repetitive straight cuts and positioning the tile at 45º . The handle of the HIT-N is flexible for increased ERGONOMY and COMFORT for the professional setter.
