The TC-125 circular cutter is part of the SLAB system for ceramic sheets and large format tiles. For the proper functioning of the TC-125, it is NECESSARY to use thin cutting guides.
Thanks to this guiding system we can obtain a precise and smooth cut. The TC-125's carbon steel sliding shoe incorporates stainless steel radial bearings, with a very simple adjustment system that allows the machine to be available in perfect condition.
The CIRCULAR CUTTER TC-125 from RUBI has a double system for reducing and controlling the dust generated during cutting. Either by connecting it to a vacuum cleaner (dry cutting) or by drinking water. The connection to the vacuum cleaner is 32 mm, but an adapter for other diameters is included. The water intake consists of a quick connection for 16 mm hose and a rubber plug, which covers the vacuum cleaner intake and performs, during wet cutting, the functions of secondary grip, improving the ergonomics during cutting.
The head of the TC-125 is foldable up to 45º and adjustable in height. In this way you can miter and obtain special and more precise cuts (it must be taken into account that the cutting thickness varies depending on the diameter of the disc). For miter cutting, the TC-125 includes an additional handle that increases control and visibility during cutting and improves working ergonomics.
You can use two disc diameters: 115 and 125 mm (see cutting thickness for each diameter). The TC-125's switch has a safety lock that prevents unintentional start-up and an electrical cable with PRCD to protect the equipment against power surges.
For the design of the TC-125, the incorporation of a disc protector with a quick-opening cover was taken into account, which facilitates disc changing and reduces the projection of particles. Additionally, a side protector that improves the performance of dust control systems. With the TC-125 circular cutter, there are no cutting limits that slow down the projects of professional trimmers around the world.
